I appreciated the easy walk to the downtown area. The breakfast buffet offered excellent variety. The outdoor area had a firepit. I found it inviting.
A fire alarm occurred the day before my departure. I noticed little staff presence or communication during the event. The receptionist I encountered on the morning of departure was unhelpful and seemed rude. She refused to provide a receipt.

lovely hot tubs and shuttle

cozy room free shuttle outdoor hot tubs w e a k c o f f e e
the room was cozy and clean. the free shuttle to ski resorts was a big plus because it stopped right in front of the main entrance. i also enjoyed the outdoor hot tubs , even though they were a bit crowded during peak hours.
the breakfast room felt overcrowded , especially during peak hours , and the coffee was weak , not a great way to start the day.

the front desk staff offered fast and friendly service , always available to help with directions or requests. they seemed knowledgeable about local attractions , providing useful information for exploring. the shuttle service to the ski resorts was prompt and reliable.

the location was convenient, with the ski bus stopping right at the front door , allowing easy access to the slopes. it was also a short walk to the local bus stop , connecting to downtown. the covered parking provided extra protection during snowy conditions.
